CareKindle is a small team building one platform that runs a home-care agency end to end: scheduling, visits, billing, payroll, and the records that prove every shift. This is who we are and why we build it the way we do.
Why we build this
Home-care agencies were running the most important work of the day across a spreadsheet, a group chat, and a paper binder, then spending their evenings reconciling all three. The care was excellent. The tooling was not.
So we set out to put the whole operation in one place, where a single verified visit drives the timesheet, the invoice, and the audit trail. No retyping, no second system, nothing kept off the record.
What we stand for
A few principles hold across every feature we ship, in any care setting.

One platform, end to end
A single verified visit drives the timesheet, the invoice, and the audit trail. No retyping, no second system, nothing kept off the record.
Truthful by default
We can’t show you logos yet, so we show you the product and the log. If we can’t stand behind a claim today, we don’t make it.
Privacy as a build-time invariant
Our practices are aligned with the health-privacy laws that apply to your agency — PHIPA and PIPEDA in Canada. Because these are laws, not certifications, we say “aligned”, never “certified”.
Bilingual and jurisdiction-aware
Any home-care agency can run CareKindle, in English or French end to end. We’re a Canadian team, so the Canadian essentials are built in out of the box: itemized GST/HST, insurer claims (OHIP, MSP and private payers), and Interac.
How we build
Compliance is a build-time invariant, not an afterthought. Every feature we ship carries the same guarantees by default.
