Pay the hours that actually happened
CareKindle builds each caregiver’s timesheet from their verified visits, so the hours you pay never drift from the facts. The GPS check-in and check-out you already trust for billing is the same time you run payroll from, entered once, at the door.

From the door to the pay period
The hours travel one path, start to finish
The visit is verified
A caregiver checks in and out at the door, and the visit is verified against where and when it happened.
Time is captured at the door
That GPS check-in and check-out is recorded once, the same verified time billing already runs on.
The timesheet builds itself
Each confirmed visit drops its verified hours straight onto the caregiver’s timesheet, no retyping.
You approve the period
Open the pay period, see every caregiver’s totals, and approve from the record that proves the time.

Timesheets that build themselves from verified visits
Every confirmed visit carries its own check-in and check-out time, and that is the time your timesheet is built from. There is no second spreadsheet to keep, no hours to retype, and no gap between what the caregiver worked and what you pay them for.
- Hours derived straight from EVV-verified visit time, never re-entered
- One verified time runs both payroll and billing, entered once at the door
- No separate timesheet to chase, reconcile or retype
- Each visit paid at the rate that was in force on the day it happened
Before you pay it
A period you can review before you pay it
Open the pay period and see each caregiver’s visits and totals side by side, with anything that needed a person’s eyes already settled in the verification queue. Pay rates are a rate card rather than a log you can only add to: each service code shows the rate in effect, with the history behind it, and changing a rate keeps the old one on record so earlier timesheets are untouched. You approve from the same record that proves the time, so the number you pay is the number you can stand behind.
- Each caregiver’s visits and hours totalled for the period
- Flagged visits resolved in verification before they reach the timesheet
- A rate card per caregiver: the rate in effect for each service code, and the history behind it
- Every visit paid at the rate in force on the day of the visit, so earlier periods never move
- A new rate starts on the date you choose, never inside a pay period already exported or closed
- Pay is editable by owners and admins only, and every change is recorded with the previous amount
- Every total traces back to a visit you can stand behind
- One verified time runs both payroll and billing, with no second source
The hours belong to someone.
Every line on the timesheet is a caregiver who showed up, at a door, at the start of a shift, for someone counting on them. Getting their pay right, to the minute, is the least the work deserves.

The hours you pay never drift from the facts.
Every total on the timesheet traces back to a visit that was verified at the door, one source of time for payroll and billing alike.
Run payroll from the facts, not a spreadsheet.
