The records that prove it, built in, not bolted on
A tamper-evident audit trail of who did what, when, never edited, with incidents, consents, retention and privacy requests at one address. The proof is a by-product of the work, not a project you run on the side.

Reads logged, not just writes
Sensitive chart views are recorded alongside every change.

In the product
A trail you can stand behind, written as the work happens
Every sensitive action, a chart opened, a care plan published, an invoice changed, lands in an append-only trail that records who, what and when, and is never edited after the fact. When someone asks you to prove it, the answer is already written.

One address
The obligations that come with holding health information
Incidents, consents, retention windows and credentials sit together instead of scattered across binders and inboxes.
Credentials and clearances
Licences and certifications carry their expiry dates on the caregiver record, with what is lapsing flagged before it reaches the schedule. You decide which credentials each service code and each caregiver role requires, and a credential with nothing to renew can be marked as never expiring so it stays off the renewal list for good.
Consent and retention
Consents and retention windows are managed in one place, so the obligations that come with personal health information have a home. A legal hold on a client suspends the automatic disposal of their records until it is lifted, their visit and location events, their signatures and their care conversation included, and documents attached to an application that was never submitted are disposed of on their own schedule.
Incidents and access
Incidents are recorded alongside the audit trail; personal health information is encrypted in transit and kept out of our system logs.
The records exist to protect this.
An audit trail, a consent, a retention window: all of it is in service of a moment like this one, where someone lets a caregiver into their home and their day. Keep the trust well, and the proof takes care of itself.

The proof is a by-product of the work.
You do not run a compliance project on the side. The trail writes itself as the day happens, so when someone asks you to prove it, the answer is already there.
