Confirmed visit time flows straight into invoices, with the tax your region applies worked out on every line — GST/HST by province in Canada, VAT across the UK and EU, state sales tax in the US, GST in Australia and New Zealand. Where a built-in default doesn’t fit, you set your own rate and name the line yourself. You bill from what the caregiver verified at the door, not from a separate timesheet someone retyped.

It is yours alone, no other agency ever sees it, and your imports match clients to it by name.
