What happens when my trial ends?

New changes pause until a plan is in place; put one in place and you carry on exactly where you left off. Most agencies choose a plan themselves in the app. If yours is set up with billing handled by our team, tell us which plan you want and we activate it, usually the same business day.

How does my team learn the software?

Step-by-step guides are built into the app: every screen has a short how-to with real screenshots, so a new coordinator or biller can find the answer where they are working. No training binder, no scheduled onboarding call to wait for.

Who bills my clients and their families?

You do. Client invoicing belongs to your agency, issued in your name, with the tax your region applies. We bill your CareKindle subscription only. We never charge your clients or their families.

Can I cancel or change plans?

Yes. Manage your plan from the billing settings inside CareKindle: switch plans, switch between monthly and annual, or cancel. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

What if a payment fails?

We never pull features mid-shift over a declined card. Your plan stays in place during a grace period while you update the payment method. You’ll see a banner, not a locked door.

A client seat is one client your agency is actually looking after. A seat starts billing when intake begins, and keeps billing through service (including periods on hold or in hospital) and through the post-service record-keeping that follows discharge, until you archive the file. Prospects, your waitlist, and archived files never take a seat.
